5 and 6 are my favourites
Eu gosto de todas as frases (caso contrario não as tinha posto no blog)mas,se tivesse que escolher as minhas favoritas,escolhia: 3, 5, 8, 9, 10, 13, 15, 18, 19
Numbers 5 and 18 were, perhaps, the biggest epiphanies of my life. A primeira aconteceu há cerca de ano e meio e, a segunda, dias depois de fazer 40 anos. I equate these two experiences to getting hit in the head with a ton of bricks: acabaram-se os “why, why, why” e começaram os “Ok, that makes sense” e “oh, now I see…” Foi como se, de repente, uma luz fosse acesa e lembro-me de pensar, “wow, this explains so many things…”
Como é que é possivel esperar meio seculo para que pequeninas frases (em principio obvias e banais) tenham um impacto tão grande na vida de uma pessoa?
